Aufgaben und Anforderungen
SUMMARY
Provide technical support to the Sales Executives to ensure achievement of software and services revenue goals. Run the technical side of the sales cycle from initial demos/qualification through "Solution development & Proposal" and "Proof of Concept" stages to the point where our clients solution is "Technically Selected".

MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES
Give technical presentations & demonstrations of the product lines to clearly demonstrate our competitive advantages and how it would integrate into the customers environment.
Build relationships with technical recommenders from the Prospects and Partners teams providing answers to technical product & integration related questions.
Project manage responses to Requests for Information/Requests for Proposals (RFIs/RFPs).
Analyse Prospects needs and perform targeted product demonstrations.
Develop & run customised POCs according to prospect requirements, to substantiate the fit and demonstrate our ease of use and value.
Understand how to work with key customers and the requirements surrounding an Enterprise sale and a sophisticated sales & delivery model.
Maintain a thorough understanding of competitive solutions.
Interface with Chief Solutions Architect to validate proposed solutions and Professional Services Director to seek input on delivery of services solution.
Accountable for the hand over process of proposed solution to the delivery team in timely manner towards end of sales cycle.
Stay in touch with customer to maximize chances of future sales and references.
Provide feedback to Marketing and Product Development on future product features.
Attend marketing events to provide technical and demonstration support to Sales.

ESSENTIAL QUALIFICATIONS
3-5 years successful presales experience
Proven understanding of complex solution sales and structured sales processes.
Excellent group presentation, verbal and written communication skills and technical demonstration skills
Good decision making skills
Proven ability to capture and interpret clients business requirements and turn them into a compelling solution
Consultative client service approach with a "Can do-will do" attitude
