Aufgaben und Anforderungen
Or client is seeking a highly motivated Infrastructure Anaylst with excellent MSSQL DBA skills to join a dedicated
team responsible for developing and maintaining their operational infrastructure as well supporting service managers and developers in optimising and troubleshooting their systems.

Main Tasks and Responsibilities
• Carry out pro-active monitoring, maintenance and performance optimisation of MS SQL 2000, 2005 and 2008 servers.
• Work alongside service managers to define SQL DB requirements, implement database changes, verify and optimise SQL scripts and queries.
• Provide third level support for database related incidents and problems.
• Implement and manage security systems and access rights at the database level.
• Define and enforce guidelines for changes at a database level.
• Draft, review and maintain procedures and documentation.
• Manage and undertake both SQL and other general IT Infrastructure related projects.

Requirements
- Minimum of three years experience in an MSSQL DBA / infrastructure based role.
- Extensive knowledge of MSSQL Server versions 2000, 2005 and 2008, DTS, SSIS, linked servers, replication etc.
- Demonstrable experience of migrating and moving SQL Database environments.
- Demonstrable experience of monitoring, maintaining, performance tuning and optimising MSSQL databases.
- Experience of administering Active Directory Services, GPOs etc.
- fluent in English and German (mandatory)
